This privacy policy applies to the Nepal Bike Driving License and Nepal Car Driving License apps (hereinafter referred to as "Applications") for mobile devices, developed by Nehal Ahmad (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as Ad-Supported services. These services are provided "AS IS". No registration is required, and no personal user data is collected.

What information do the Applications obtain and how is it used?

The Applications do not collect any personal data from users. However, anonymous device and usage data is automatically collected via third-party services to provide functionality, improve performance, display non-personalized ads, and report crashes. We limit data use to these purposes and do not sell or share it for unrelated activities.

Automatically Collected Information

The Applications may collect certain anonymous information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Applications (e.g., session duration, features accessed). This data is used solely for aggregated analytics, app improvements, crash reporting, and serving non-personalized ads. It is not linked to any personal identity.

Do the Applications collect precise real-time location information of the device?

These Applications do not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Applications?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Applications and their service. No personal data is shared.

The Applications utilize third-party services with their own Privacy Policies:

• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by uninstalling the Applications using standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and may be stored in aggregate thereafter. Since no personal data is collected, there is no user data to manage or delete. For inquiries, contact us at ahnehal96@gmail.com.

Children

The Applications do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it. Parents or guardians should contact us at ahnehal96@gmail.com if their child has provided personal information.

Security

We are committed to safeguarding your information with physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. However, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Applications constitutes approval of updates. Effective as of 2025-08-09.
