Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Nepal Bike Driving License and Nepal Car Driving License apps (hereinafter referred to as "Applications") for mobile devices, created by Nehal Ahmad (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as Ad-Supported services.

By downloading or using the Applications, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, or extraction of the Applications’ source code, or creation of derivative versions, is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

Service Provider Responsibilities

The Service Provider aims to ensure the Applications are beneficial and efficient. They reserve the right to modify the Applications or introduce charges, with clear communication of any fees. The Applications rely on third-party information, and the Service Provider accepts no liability for losses due to reliance on their functionality.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Applications. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and Application functionality, and the Service Provider advises against it. You are also responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred while using the Applications.

Third-Party Services

The Applications use third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:

• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Internet and Device Requirements

Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi or data allowance. You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and functional.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Applications, and compatibility requirements may change. You agree to accept updates to continue using the Applications. The Service Provider may terminate the Applications at any time without notice, ending all rights and licenses granted to you.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes approval. Effective as of 2025-07-30.
